Maths Fundamentals
Courses
At high school, you'll spend weeks on each new topic, you won't have the
luxury of this time whilst you're preparing for Uni. You'll be expected to
learn all of your high school maths in less than 6 months over around 24
hours of tuition. If you don't get a new concept quickly you can end up
behind and fighting to catch up.
Considering that Uni run maths preparation courses are generally a Mature
Age Uni entry pathway with your UAI calculated from your course marks, you'll want
to do as well as you can!
The best way to do this is to get a grip on your maths before
you attempt your course. Private lessons prior to course commencement will
maximise you chances of understanding and enjoying your University maths
preparation course. Once you're enrolled in your course, private lessons
or mixed-group classes can keep you up-to-date with your class work and
will help you do as best as you can.
